About the role

Join Zurich’s 27‑month rotational Business Management Graduate Programme and gain unrivalled exposure to the core functions of an international insurer. You will develop a deep understanding of claims, underwriting, risk assessment and operational excellence while building a network across the UK business.

Key responsibilities

• Work on complex claims handling and learn underwriting processes.
• Assess risks, deliver stakeholder reports and drive operational improvements.
• Oversee projects that create value for customers and the business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and potentially manage a small team during rotations.

Required profile

• Flexibility to relocate across UK offices and work within a commutable distance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
