Business Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

We are partnering with a leading wealth management organisation to recruit an experienced Business Manager. This strategic leadership position will work closely with regional leadership teams to drive business performance, operational excellence and organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business plans and support regional growth initiatives.
• Drive commercial performance through reporting, planning and business insight.
• Lead implementation of strategic, regulatory and operational change projects.
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, governance and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience within a wealth management business.
• Background in business management, commercial, operational or business enablement roles.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret performance data.
• Track record of delivering change across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence to challenge senior leaders.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
