Business Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join a reputable Birmingham‑based independent provider of corporate travel and sports tours. The role combines business travel, events and sports travel management for a range of clients, including sporting bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries by phone and email and arrange business travel solutions.
• Manage key accounts, primarily sporting organisations and associated events.
• Book flights, hotels, car hire, rail tickets and transfers using the Sabre reservation system.
• Utilise the CRS Sabre platform to create and modify reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver services in line with each client’s service level agreements.

Required profile

• Training and proficiency with the Sabre GDS (or ability to cross‑train on Galileo or Amadeus).
• Experience in a corporate travel or sports‑tour environment.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and going the extra mile.
