Business Travel Consultant – Remote (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a global Travel Management Company handling high‑profile corporate accounts. The role is fully remote, supporting clients across the UK and internationally, with flexible shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Travel Advisor and Consultant for corporate travellers, managing routine and complex itineraries for air, road, rail, and accommodation.
• Utilise Sabre (or Amadeus/Galileo after training) to book and optimise travel, ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
• Provide consultative advice, conduct fare and routing analysis, and recommend preferred carriers.
• Maintain accurate customer travel profiles and adhere to internal compliance and regulatory standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end booking process via telephone, email, or back‑office systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of airfares and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Required skills

• Sabre GDS (preferred, with cross‑training on Amadeus and Galileo).
• Amadeus.
• Galileo.
