Buyer – Footwear & Accessories

About the role

Kurt Geiger is seeking an experienced Buyer to develop and manage our footwear and accessories product ranges. You will be responsible for creating market‑focused collections that align with the brand’s strategy and delivering commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer‑centred product collections, monitoring fashion trends, competition, price, quality and availability.
• Attend shoe fairs and fashion shows to source competitive product assortments.
• Manage supplier relationships, onboard new vendors and de‑list under‑performing ones.
• Identify new product opportunities to optimise sales and refresh the brand portfolio.
• Achieve gross profit and margin targets for each season.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to address in‑season issues and promote product ranges.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Buyer in footwear or accessories.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial collections that meet budgeted margins.
• Experience managing a team or line management responsibilities.
• Strong existing supplier relationships.
• Ability to drive the brand forward.
