Car Sales Executive – Used Vehicles

About the role
Join an independent used‑car dealership on the outskirts of Poole as a Car Sales Executive. You will work in a progressive, high‑earning environment where on‑target earnings can exceed £65,000 per year.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and recommend suitable used cars.
- Present, demonstrate and arrange test drives for vehicles in stock.
- Negotiate sales deals to maximise profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and finance options.
Required profile
- Proven experience in car sales or a similar retail sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of £21,000 with OTE up to £70,000+.
- Full‑time schedule: Mon‑Fri 8:30‑18:00, Sat 8:30‑17:00, 1‑in‑2 Sundays 10:00‑16:00.
- Day off during the week and a supportive, progressive team.
