French Speaking Customer Service Sales Coordinator

About the role

A well-established company with an international customer base and a strong focus on quality, customer service and long-term business relationships is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Sales Coordinator based in Poole. The role covers customer enquiries, orders and complaints, with a salary of between £28,000 and £34,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, orders and sample requests by phone and email
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales
• Process orders, manage backorders and keep customers updated on progress
• Handle initial customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Liaise with sales representatives and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks and support the team in achieving sales targets

Required profile

• Fluency in French would be a real asset
• Previous experience in export or sales administration is desirable
• B2B customer service experience is desirable
• High level of commercial awareness
• Dynamic personality and team player
• Car ownership is required because of the company's location
