Car Sales Manager – Uncapped OTE £50k + Company Car

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team across multiple North West branches. You will be responsible for driving monthly sales and profit targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Set, monitor and achieve team sales and profit targets.
• Manage stock turnover, showroom space and market penetration.
• Improve showroom conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial operations, departmental budgets and add‑on product profitability.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop the sales team.
• Promote brand awareness through social media and digital channels.
• Liaise with managers, manufacturers and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between branches.
• Proven experience in sales management within the motor retail industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law and trade practices.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
