About the role
Peverel Green Care Home, run by Gold Care Homes, is a residential home for up to 60 elderly people near Hatfield Peverel, Essex. It offers personal care alongside arts and crafts, dance and other activities. The day-care assistant role is open to people with no prior experience, provided they share the home's values of responsiveness and compassion.
Key responsibilities
- Personal care, such as assisting with washing and dressing
- Supporting residents with meals, eating and drinking
- Completing daily care plans
- Assisting with mobility
Required profile
- No experience needed, but applicants must be able to drive or commute to CM3 2JL
- Not suitable if you have no experience as a Care Assistant, need sponsorship, or can only work 20 hours because of your current sponsorship
