About the role
We are seeking a reliable caretaker to join our team in Chester on a full‑time temporary basis. The role involves maintaining the security, cleanliness and basic upkeep of the premises during standard office hours.
Key responsibilities
- Open and secure the building at designated times.
- Carry out routine inspections of internal and external areas.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of the property.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or hazards.
Required profile
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00.
- Commitment to safe recruitment practices.
