About the role

We are looking for a motivated Casual Food & Beverage Operative to join our vibrant team at DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton. You will work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, delivering friendly and efficient service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests throughout the dining area.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to exceed expectations.
• Work flexible evening and weekend shifts according to business demand.

Required profile

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Confident communicator.
• Resilient, hardworking and able to thrive under pressure.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation is desirable but not essential.
