General Manager – 4★ Adults‑Only Resort in Zakynthos

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a 4‑star, adults‑only lifestyle resort on the island of Zakynthos. The property operates seasonally on an all‑inclusive basis, serving an international leisure clientele with a strong focus on the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting and GOP delivery.
• Drive revenue performance through sales strategy and demand optimisation.
• Maintain strict cost control in line with budgeted guidelines.
• Oversee all hotel operations (rooms, food & beverage, leisure) to ensure service excellence.
• Own guest satisfaction, reputation scores and quality KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate SOPs.
• Lead, develop and manage the leadership team and overall workforce.
• Handle human capital planning, engagement and performance management.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts and executive reports.
• Represent the property with local stakeholders, authorities and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience as General Manager in a resort or leisure‑focused hotel.
• Strong track record of managing P&L and driving profitability.
• Experience in seasonal operations and serving an international guest mix.
• Fluent English; Greek language skills highly valued.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
