CCTV Tower Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Tower Engineer to join our technical team. You will be responsible for deploying, commissioning, maintaining and de‑commissioning mobile CCTV tower systems across construction sites, critical infrastructure and renewable energy projects throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, install and de‑commission mobile CCTV tower trailers at customer sites.
• Safely tow tower trailers using company vehicles.
• Commission, test and hand over fully operational systems.
• Install, maintain and remove temporary intruder alarm and M‑PID systems.
• Configure cameras for optimal coverage and set up AI analytics such as intrusion detection, tripwires and line crossing.
• Establish and maintain 4G/5G connectivity and integrate systems with remote monitoring platforms.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and fault diagnosis both on‑site and remotely.
• Produce accurate installation and service reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical background with solid experience in mobile CCTV tower deployment.
• Ability to work safely on construction and remote sites nationwide.
• Based within an hour of the Chesham office.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on‑site.
