About the role

Join the kitchen team at the Sherlock Holmes (St James's) pub and help deliver high‑quality, tasty dishes in a fast‑paced environment. This part‑time, permanent position offers an hourly rate of up to £14.00.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene standards and safety regulations throughout the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely service.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new products, menus and promotions.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and support the team when needed.
• Passion for delivering tasty, well‑presented meals consistently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different kitchen areas.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to understand allergen controls and perform the role safely.
