About the role

Join the Hungry Horse team at Oystercatcher in Penarth as a Chef. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations throughout the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure meals are delivered on time.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new products, menus and promotions.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and support the team when needed.
• A passion for delivering tasty and well‑presented meals consistently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and help in different areas of the kitchen.
