About the role
An ambitious secondary school in East London is seeking a qualified Chemistry Teacher to join its science faculty. The role is full‑time and offers the chance to work with motivated students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A‑Level examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the science department.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Chemistry in a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
