Civil Engineering Water Infrastructure Teams – Various Roles

About the role

VEA Civils is expanding its water infrastructure business across South East England, South West England and London. We are seeking experienced civil engineering gangs, operatives and supervisors to deliver clean water and wastewater projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install and divert water mains and pipelines.
• Carry out deep excavations, chamber and valve installations.
• Construct reinforced concrete structures and undertake reinstatement works.
• Manage temporary works operations and utility avoidance.
• Operate plant and machinery such as excavators, dumpers and rollers.
• Provide site supervision, foremanship and engineering support.

Required profile

• Previous experience on UK water industry projects.
• Relevant qualifications (CSCS Card, EUSR SHEA Water, National Water Hygiene Card, NRSWA Street Works, CPCS/NPORS Plant Operator Cards).
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
