Civil Litigation Solicitor – Credit Hire Specialist

About the role

An excellent opportunity for a solicitor with credit hire experience to join a specialist litigation practice handling high‑value motor claims in Greater Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Advise clients on both litigated and pre‑litigated motor claims.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Develop technical expertise within a firm renowned for specialist civil litigation.

Required profile

• Solicitor at NQ level or above with experience handling credit hire matters.
• Sound understanding of the litigation process.
• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage own caseload or progress with support from an experienced team.
• Organised, commercially aware and committed to high client service standards.
• Experience in motor claims, personal injury or insurance litigation is advantageous.
