Claims Representative – First Notification of Loss (French Speaker)

About the role

Join the Travel Guard team at Zurich Cover-More as the first point of contact for customers reporting travel‑related insurance claims. You will handle inbound communications in both French and English, ensuring accurate capture of claim details and guiding policyholders through the initial steps of the process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and other correspondence from policyholders reporting losses such as cancellations, delays or lost luggage.
• Gather and document accurate claim information and enter it into internal systems with high precision.
• Provide clear guidance on the next steps of the claims journey and ensure compliance with FCA and GDPR regulations.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to senior team members promptly.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Calm, professional phone manner with the ability to multitask.
• Team‑player attitude and motivation to learn.
