About the role
The Donor Advocate provides empathetic support to donors, handling inbound communications and ensuring a high-quality experience. This onsite position requires flexible shift coverage, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and chats, accurately capturing donor information.
- Navigate multiple tools and CRM applications while maintaining clear, compassionate communication.
- De‑escalate difficult conversations and provide timely, researched solutions.
Required profile
- Strong empathy and attention to detail with minimal errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to listen, note details, and convey information concisely.
- Ability to multitask, think quickly, and handle flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using CRM applications.
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
