Class 1 Night Driver – Night Shift

About the role

GXO Logistics is hiring Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to support the Kellanova operation at Haydock. This permanent, full‑time position offers a stable 42‑hour week on a 3‑on/2‑off, 2‑on/3‑off night‑shift pattern, with start times between 17:00‑19:00 and finish times between 05:00‑07:00.

Key responsibilities

• Perform factory clearance work, moving product to nearby storage depots.
• Drive between Haydock, Trafford Park and Wrexham, covering up to 275 miles per shift.
• Complete 3–6 loads per shift, depending on volume, and return to the Haydock base on schedule.
• Follow set routes – no daily route planning required.

Required profile

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and a digital tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work independently.
