Cleaner Supervisor – Luxury Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to lead the cleaning team at a luxury residential development in East London. This full‑time position involves maintaining high standards across all internal common areas while supporting the Property Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure internal common areas are cleaned to a high standard.
• Report defects, damage, security concerns and faulty lighting to the Property Manager.
• Manage annual leave, time‑keeping and scheduling for the cleaning team.
• Assist with cleaning duties when required.
• Control and supervise the use of cleaning materials in line with Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Undertake reasonable additional duties as directed by the Property Manager.
• Maintain a tidy personal appearance, wearing the provided uniform and identification badge while on duty.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising cleaning staff in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to report issues promptly and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organisational skills for managing leave and inventory.
• Willingness to follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Professional appearance and reliability.
