Client Confidentiality Analyst – Wholesale Lending

About the role

Join the Client Confidentiality team at Barclays to support Wholesale Lending with day‑to‑day processing, reviewing, reporting and issue resolution of sensitive client information, while actively managing corporate restructures.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
• Monitor lending operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
• Identify improvement areas and provide recommendations for process change.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risk.
• Prepare reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance for senior stakeholders.
• Track industry trends and incorporate best practices.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of Wholesale Lending.

Required profile

• Experience with corporate actions and non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Familiarity with Syndtrack and other deal‑tracking platforms.
• Background in corporate lending or secondary loan trading support.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent workstreams.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
