Client Outcomes Manager – Product Governance (12‑month FTC)

About the role

Jupiter Asset Management is seeking a Client Outcomes Manager to lead product governance activities on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role sits within the Client Outcomes Team and reports to the Head of Client Outcomes, supporting the delivery of strong client outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evolution and implementation of Jupiter’s product governance framework.
• Collaborate with Product, Investments, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure products deliver good outcomes for clients.
• Contribute to strategic and regulatory initiatives such as Assessment of Value, Consumer Duty, and Annual Product Reviews.
• Provide analytical insight and governance support to product proposals and reviews, offering constructive challenge to inform decision‑making.
• Assist in continuous enhancement of client outcomes and product governance processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in product governance or client‑outcome focused roles within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess product proposals and reviews.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholder groups.
