Client Relationship Manager – Private Client (Hybrid, Farnborough)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to grow our Private Client team. Working hybrid from Farnborough, you will use your network in the healthcare and professional services sectors to introduce new clients to our legal services, helping families with wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with care homes, retirement communities, healthcare providers and other referral partners.
• Create opportunities to promote the firm’s Private Client services.
• Attend networking events and build a strong referral pipeline.
• Identify new business prospects and convert introductions into client instructions.
• Collaborate with partners and fee‑earners to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain and report on your business‑development pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven business‑development experience with a strong network in healthcare, care homes or professional services.
• Track record of generating new business and meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Legal experience not essential – commercial mindset and networking ability are key.
