Client Service Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital agency that creates integrated campaigns for ambitious B2B clients. As a Client Service Account Manager you will own a portfolio of accounts, work closely with clients and internal specialists, and help shape digital strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop strong client relationships as the main day‑to‑day contact.
• Develop and implement digital strategies aligned to client goals.
• Manage multiple projects across SEO, PPC, Paid Social and Organic Social.
• Work cross‑functionally with Web, SEO, PPC, Social and Content teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and billing through CRM and account systems.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities proactively.
• Report on campaign performance, project progress and client satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience managing digital marketing accounts within an agency.
• Demonstrable B2B account‑management experience.
• Hands‑on understanding of PPC, Paid Social and SEO campaigns.
• Confidence managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
