Client Service Administrator – Financial Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to join a boutique wealth planning firm in Epsom. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will support a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, handling end‑to‑end administration and basic paraplanning tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day client service for 120 clients with assets ranging from £300k to £2.5m.
• Manage client onboarding, annual reviews, and ongoing correspondence.
• Perform basic paraplanning, including cash‑flow modelling and report preparation.
• Maintain accurate records using Intelligent Office and Voyant systems.
• Collaborate with advisers and support staff to ensure seamless advice delivery.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks across the business as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial administration or client services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Motivation to develop a career path towards paraplanning or senior administration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Intelligent Office software.
• Experience with Voyant cash‑flow modelling.
