Client Strategy Manager – Mid-Market (EMEA)

About the role

Rogo is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to own a portfolio of mid‑market accounts across EMEA. You will drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion for high‑growth financial technology customers, acting as the primary liaison between day‑to‑day users and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, delivering consultative guidance and managing quarterly business reviews.
• Own the end‑to‑end renewal process, forecasting timelines, aligning stakeholders, and mitigating churn risk.
• Monitor customer health signals, lead escalations, and create proactive action plans to retain and grow accounts.
• Develop success and account plans, including stakeholder maps, KPIs, adoption milestones, and mutual action plans.
• Identify upsell opportunities using performance metrics and drive bottom‑line revenue growth.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in customer‑facing roles such as customer success or account management within high‑growth fintech serving investment banking, private equity, or related finance customers.
• Proven ability to analyze customer performance data and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with experience managing upsell and renewal conversations.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and project management abilities.
• High sense of ownership and capacity to manage multiple work streams across the organization.
