About the role

Join Apollo Home Healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Specialist delivering person‑centred care to adults and children in their own homes across the East region. This full‑time position offers a balanced work schedule with no on‑call, night or long shifts, allowing you to focus on complex care while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Take clinical ownership of complex care caseloads, including occasional paediatric packages.
• Create, manage and review bespoke care plans aligned with national standards.
• Lead and deliver clinical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality care through regular review of MAR charts and care records.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Valid NMC Pin with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Ideally 12 months community care nursing experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to prioritise workloads.

Required skills

• Airway management, including tracheostomy care and suctioning.
• Ventilation management (invasive and non‑invasive).
• Enteral feeding techniques (PEG, JEJ, NG).
