Clinical Ops Lead – Hybrid, £85k-£150k/yr inc equity

About the role

Aios Medical is scaling its AI‑driven clinical operating system for GLP‑1 weight‑loss therapy in the UK. As the Clinical Ops Lead you will own the design, performance and growth of the clinical engine that supports over 50 prescribing pharmacists.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the end‑to‑end clinical operating system for GLP‑1 patients.
• Define, track and optimise key performance indicators across the clinical team.
• Lead, coach and expand a senior team of pharmacists and clinical staff.
• Ensure safe, rapid and consistent patient journeys through the prescribing pathway.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and regulatory teams to embed AI‑first solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience prescribing GLP‑1 therapies or similar weight‑loss medications.
• Strong background in clinical operations and team leadership.
• Ability to design operational processes and drive measurable outcomes.
• High‑energy, results‑oriented mindset suited to a fast‑growing startup.
