Face-to-Face Health & Social Care Trainer (UK‑wide)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, face‑to‑face Trainer to deliver high‑quality health and social care training across the United Kingdom. The role involves travelling to client sites, delivering both mandatory and specialist courses, and helping learners achieve competence and confidence in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site training sessions to NHS, emergency services, care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations.
• Facilitate mandatory and specialist courses, adapting content to suit diverse learning styles.
• Ensure all training material complies with UK legislation and best practice.
• Support learners in developing practical skills and confidence.
• Travel regularly to client locations throughout the UK.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training within health and social care.
• Minimum two years of in‑person training experience in the sector.
• Relevant clinical or care background.
• Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel.
