About the role
The Cluster Manager will oversee a group of five VPZ stores in Stirling, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Alloa and Grangemouth. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work closely with Store Managers to drive performance, ensure consistent operational standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 15‑20 employees across the five stores in the cluster.
- Maximise store potential and revenue through effective coaching and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the shop floor to support day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Proven track record as a manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Multisite experience is beneficial.
- Customer‑service and sales‑focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s licence.
