Commercial Adjuster – Claims Management (London/SE)

About the role

We are looking for 2‑3 Commercial Adjusters to manage a portfolio of commercial material‑damage and business‑interruption claims valued up to £100,000. The role covers the Greater London and South East regions, supporting key client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle commercial property and business interruption claims.
• Maintain accurate claim files and documentation.
• Communicate with insurers, clients and third‑party service providers.
• Ensure claims are processed within agreed service level agreements.
• Provide regular updates on claim status to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial claims handling, preferably within insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse claim portfolio.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater London and South East area when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CILA (Certificate or Diploma) is desirable but not essential.
