About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Adjuster to manage commercial property claims across London and the Home Counties. You will work on claims up to £100,000, delivering high‑quality assessments and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate commercial property loss incidents.
- Prepare accurate, detailed reports and negotiate settlements.
- Maintain a manageable caseload while adhering to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in loss adjusting.
- CILA qualification or demonstrable progress towards it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and report‑writing abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
