Commercial Director – Toys (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead the UK arm of an established international toy company. This newly created senior position will shape revenue growth, strategy and team performance across retail, e‑commerce and strategic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening key customer relationships.
• Define and execute the UK market expansion, product launch and partnership strategy.
• Lead, motivate and develop high‑performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and ambition.
• Collaborate with the Country General Manager to align commercial objectives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven success in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably within toys, consumer products or FMCG.
• Strong blend of sales and marketing expertise with a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Deep understanding of UK retail and e‑commerce channels.
