Commercial Lettings Manager – North West

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Lettings Manager to lead our Customer Success and Business Development activities across the North‑West region. The role combines site visits with flexible home‑based work, allowing you to build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective commercial property clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of service to existing and prospective clients, handling enquiries, proposals and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Show properties, conduct fact‑finding and discuss new business opportunities with clients.
• Retain customers and maximise revenue by selling additional services and products.
• Generate new sales opportunities, meet targets and KPIs, and produce accurate customer records and reports.
• Travel across the North‑West region to meet clients and inspect sites.

Required profile

• Proven lettings sales experience with a commercial mindset.
• Strong negotiator able to make fact‑based decisions for the business.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, forecasting and generating new business.
• Experience managing customer relationships in the property sector (commercial or residential).
• Valid UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
