Commercial Litigation Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Surrey. You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial and business disputes for corporates, SMEs, partnerships and individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property disputes.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and court litigation.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues within the Commercial Litigation team.
• Contribute to business development and client‑care initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
