Commercial Property Lawyer – Real Estate Team

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Real Estate team in Berkshire, working on a diverse and high‑value commercial property portfolio. You will collaborate with experienced solicitors on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects and secured lending across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑value acquisitions and disposals for investors and developers.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases for office, industrial, retail and residential properties.
• Provide legal advice on development projects and rural property transactions.
• Support secured lending arrangements for lenders and occupiers.
• Liaise with a broad client base including investors, developers, occupiers and lenders.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Ambitious, driven and eager to broaden expertise in commercial property law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to tailor the role to personal strengths and experience.
