About the role

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its Commercial Property team and is seeking an experienced solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a collaborative, regional firm. The position is based in Gloucester and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

Advise a diverse client base on commercial property transactions.
Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises and businesses.
Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments and licences.
Oversee day‑to‑day commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with approximately 3+ years PQE.
Enjoys a varied commercial property caseload.
Committed to delivering high‑quality client service in a supportive environment.
