Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid, Taunton

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its thriving Real Estate team in Taunton. The position offers hybrid working, a varied commercial property portfolio and clear pathways for career progression within a top Legal 100 firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals and development transactions.
• Handle commercial leases, landlord & tenant matters, and asset‑management work.
• Advise developers, investors, housebuilders, social housing providers, landed estates and renewable energy businesses.
• Collaborate with senior Real Estate Partners on high‑value transactions and strategic land deals.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate.
• Experience gained within a regional, national or boutique law firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
