Commercial Property Solicitor – Taunton

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Taunton office. You will work closely with a founding partner who leads the commercial property practice, providing essential support on a diverse caseload and ensuring high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property portfolio, including occasional agricultural property matters.
• Support the partner responsible for the majority of commercial property work, helping to alleviate workload pressure.
• Maintain excellent client care by being readily available for face‑to‑face meetings.
• Participate in business development activities alongside colleagues with strong local networks.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in commercial property matters.
• Ability to handle a busy caseload independently.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person and delivering responsive service.
• Strong client‑care mindset, approachable and responsive.

Required skills

• Experience in commercial property law.

• Negotiable salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
