Commercial Real Estate Product Manager (PropTech)

About the role

Our client, a global technology leader in the PropTech and LegalTech space, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Product Manager to drive the development of innovative software solutions for commercial property and conveyancing. Based in London with hybrid working, you will shape the product roadmap and deliver value to customers across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for commercial real estate software, from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and communicate a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, analyse user feedback and monitor competitors to identify innovation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide product training, demos and support to customer‑facing teams during launches.

Required profile

• Experience working in a commercial property or conveyancing environment with strong knowledge of the commercial real estate process.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering great user experiences and tangible customer value.
