Community Manager – Overture Tributary

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the daily operations of an Active Adult community in Birmingham, Alabama. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience, ensuring strong financial performance, and maintaining full regulatory compliance across all aspects of community management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onsite team members, coordinating resources and daily activities to support smooth community operations.
• Foster a vibrant, inclusive environment that meets the lifestyle needs of active adults aged 55 and older.
• Serve as the primary liaison between property ownership, residents, and the onsite staff, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor and manage the community’s financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and all other applicable housing regulations.
• Drive operational excellence and long‑term success by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Community Manager or Property Manager.
• Proven ability to lead onsite staff and manage a residential community effectively.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
