Community & Social Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Community & Social Lead to build and nurture a vibrant community around our brand of bags and accessories for engineers, founders and makers. Based in London, you will connect creators, ambassadors and customers both online and offline, turning interactions into lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high‑quality creator and ambassador network within budget.
• Organise in‑person events such as founder dinners, store pop‑ups and product launches, and amplify them on social media.
• Own and execute the strategy for Troubadour’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, handling content planning, publishing and community engagement.
• Run the personal social channels of co‑founder and CEO Samuel, shaping voice and content.
• Identify, pitch and manage brand collaborations that align with the company’s ethos.
• Continuously test content formats, scale successful experiments and discontinue under‑performing ones.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and growing communities on and off social platforms, with measurable impact.
• Excellent writing ability and a strong sense of taste that resonates with creators.
• Data‑driven mindset that looks beyond vanity metrics to real outcomes.
• Comfortable hosting intimate events and translating those experiences into engaging online content.
