About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Compliance Administrator to join a growing remote team. Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding checks and verify documents.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely task completion.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Prepare reports and manage digital filing systems.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding compliance documentation.
• Help update policies and perform administrative compliance activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, HR, finance, legal or office support is advantageous.
• No prior compliance experience required – full training will be provided.
