Compliance Analyst – Buy‑Side Monitoring (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a global asset manager, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join a dynamic, collegiate compliance team. The role focuses on buy‑side monitoring while also providing advisory support and generalist compliance duties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out ongoing monitoring in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Identify risks and produce management information according to the reporting schedule.
• Identify, log and escalate breaches, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews.
• Participate in compliance projects as directed by the Deputy Head of Compliance.
• Support the Monitoring team’s business plan and help meet team objectives.
• Enhance understanding of the regulatory landscape and pursue learning opportunities.
• Provide compliance advisory across the business as required.
• Perform generalist compliance duties as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 months of experience in compliance monitoring within asset/fund management or wealth management, either at a regulated firm or a compliance consultancy.
• Good working knowledge of FCA rules.
• Self‑initiative and a proactive approach to work.

• Salary range £40,000 – £55,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
