Compliance Officer – London Market Insurer

About the role
We are partnering with a leading London market insurer to find a Compliance Officer who will support the compliance function, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and guide the business on compliance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Support the annual compliance plan and monitoring activities.
- Maintain compliance policies, procedures and controls.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and governance requirements.
- Monitor FCA, Lloyd's and broader regulatory developments.
- Support SMCR requirements and compliance training initiatives.
- Maintain compliance registers and reporting schedules.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Compliance Analyst, Compliance Officer or similar role.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Lloyd's market experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience maintaining compliance logs, registers and regulatory reporting schedules.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
