Construction Site Manager – Commercial Projects

About the role

Creative Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead commercial projects valued between £2m–£3m across Bristol and the South West. You will own site operations from groundworks through to handover, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full site leadership from pre‑start to practical completion.
• Manage programme delivery to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, maintaining high health & safety standards.
• Control quality and ensure high‑specification finishes.
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience as the No.1 site manager on commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£5m range.
• Strong programme management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid certifications.
