Construction Site Manager – Concrete Repairs

About the role

Our client, a specialist infrastructure contractor, is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead concrete repair and structural refurbishment projects across the UK, primarily in the London area. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑profile transport and bridge schemes, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Maintain strict health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against programme, budget and quality targets.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients to report status and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation, site records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent background in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure or Concrete Structures.
• Proven experience in site management on civil or structural projects.
• Site Engineer looking to step up is also considered.
• Full UK driving licence.
