Construction Site Manager

About the role

CladNation is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead on‑site activities across multiple locations in the South West of the UK. This contract position will ensure that all construction work meets project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work aligns with design and specification.
• Coordinate with contractors, developers, and local authorities to maintain project schedules.
• Manage cost control and budgeting to keep projects financially viable.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and CDM regulations.
• Monitor progress across all construction phases and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in site and construction site management.
• Strong planning abilities and experience managing project timelines.
• Demonstrated experience in cost control and budgeting.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Understanding of health and safety standards and CDM regulations.
• Previous experience with cladding or façade projects is advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field preferred.
